Medical Associate (bilingual):

What you’d be doing:

Working as part of a brand team, your primary role will be to research and develop a wide range of educational and promotional materials for prescription pharmaceutical products. Relying on your strong scientific background and research skills, you will be expected to become an ‘expert’ in a diverse range of therapeutic areas and contribute your ideas as part of our strategic planning process. You will also interact with our Client Service and Creative teams to ensure final materials are scientifically accurate and meet the appropriate regulatory requirements. With experience, your duties would also include working directly with clients and acting as a liaison with physicians.

What you’ll need:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a Biological or Health Science.
• A passion for science and medicine.
• A keen interest in marketing and advertising.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
• A detail-oriented, organized work style.
• An upbeat, “can do” personality.
• Previous pharmaceutical or agency experience is a strong asset but not required.
Must be bilingual (French & English).

Product Specialist

What you’d be doing:

Working as part of a brand team, your primary role will be to manage daily tactical elements, including:

• Status reports.
• Development of new project proposals and project scopes.
• Estimate development in conjunction with Director of Product Services and management of brand budgets.
• Management/organization of copy decks.
• Submissions to PAAB (in cooperation with Group Product Director and Medical team when relevant).
• Communicate with art directors, medical, and production to complete projects in a timely manner.

Relying on your strong organization skills, you will be expected to become an ‘expert’ in a diverse range of therapeutic areas and contribute your ideas as part of our strategic planning process. With experience, your duties would also include working directly with clients and acting as a liaison with physicians.

What you’ll need:

• A Bachelor’s degree.
• A passion for healthcare.
• 2-4 years project management experience.
• A keen interest in marketing and advertising.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A detail-oriented, organized work style.
• An upbeat, “can do” personality.
• Previous pharmaceutical or agency experience is a strong asset but not required.
• Bilingualism (French & English) is a strong asset but not required.
